    Phillip Stafford, MAI

    Managing Director

Phillip Stafford unknowingly began his valuation career as a teenager, where his summer job for his father consisted of entering sales and lease comparable information in the Analytix Group databases.

Phillip graduated from Brigham Young University in 2018 with a B.S. in Strategic Management and worked as a management consultant in Utah and Texas before returning to Idaho to join Analytix Group.

Phillip has experience with almost all property types and now primarily focuses on more complicated assignments, such as subdivision developments, mixed-use, hospitality, c-stores, car washes, and other special-use properties. Phillip took over day-to-day operations of Analytix Group in 2023.

Outside of work, Phillip enjoys spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Amanda. His other interests include golf, basketball, reading science fiction and fantasy books, diet carbonated beverages, and exercising occasionally.

Marty Stafford graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1983. He also obtained an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University in 1989 and worked as a chemical engineer in the chip industry from 1983 to 2003 in Utah, Washington, and Idaho. Marty began his career as a commercial appraiser in 2003 at Analytix Group.

He has appraised a broad swathe of property types, with particularly specialized experience with the appraisal of large poultry farm operations. In 2023, Marty turned day-to-day operations of Analytix Group over to his son Phillip and spent time abroad on a humanitarian mission in Bosnia with his wife Sherry.

Now, Marty is mostly retired from new appraisal work but occasionally performs assignments for select clients or in high volume environments. He also inspects properties and provides advice on complicated appraisal issues.

Marty enjoys spending time playing golf, traveling, watching sports, and visiting his children and grandchildren.
